Schools Pride Week Aotearoa 2023

Pride Week 12–16 June: Information and resources for students, teachers and schools 

Pride Week celebrates the LGBTTQIA+ members of our communities with a celebration of colour and activity. This may prompt questions, discussions, and debate in your classroom, school, and wider community.    

A suite of information and resources is available for young people, whānau, teachers, and schools to support respectful and inclusive discussion and activities, including potential pride week activities for schools. These resources are made by InsideOUT, a charitable organisation supporting rainbow young people to have a sense of safety and belonging in their schools and communities.
