Covid-19 causing delays for call centre

Kia ora,

Currently a large number of Teaching Council call centre staff have Covid-19, and this is creating long delays on the phones.

We appreciate this is not ideal and are working hard to ensure the phone lines stay open. Please bear with us while we get through this week.
