Guidelines for endorsement of practising certificates
Endorser Guidelines
The Endorser Guidelines are for professional leaders or senior staff who have been asked to endorse a teacher or professional leader’s application for a practising certificate.
The guidelines explain:
- what’s required to complete an endorsement
- how to follow the endorsement process
- what’s new for professional leaders, including using professional learning networks and the Professional Growth Cycle for ECE leaders and principals
If you're unsure about any part of the endorsement process, you're encouraged to contact the Teaching Council for support.
