New rules and guidelines to minimise the use of physical restraint in schools
On 7 February 2023 the Ministry of Education (MoE) issued new rules and guidelines to minimise the use of physical restraint in schools. These supersede the 2017 rules and guidelines. Read about the new rules and guidelines on the MoE website.
