A new milestone: over 50,000 people logged in to My Rawa

27 May 2026

Since launching in November, My Rawa has quickly become a home for professional tasks.

What started as a new digital experience is now somewhere people return to regularly - managing renewals, accessing certificates, and keeping everything in one place.

Tens of thousands of login events are recorded each month, with many teachers returning multiple times to manage their details, track renewals, and access their digital certificates. Some have logged in more than ten times, showing My Rawa is becoming part of everyday professional practice.

We’re also seeing this change in how people engage more broadly. Around half of all website sessions are now logged in, showing a clear move towards personalised, self-service access.

Behind these changes is a simple goal - saving time and making it easier for people to manage important professional tasks with clear guidance and support.

That shift is starting to show.

Call volumes to the Contact Centre have reduced by around 15% year on year, while average wait times have improved by 35%.

Digital improvements are also making a difference across the certification process. More renewals are progressing online, with clearer guidance and improved tools supporting people through each step leading to and application satisfaction of 78%.

For many, the experience feels easier too. Around 85% of teachers say renewal communications helped them avoid needing to contact the Contact Centre, while improvements across the process are saving an average of 1.4 days per practising certificate renewal.

Digital certificates are another part of the shift, with more than 6,000 downloaded in peak months, giving faster, easier access to credentials when they’re needed.
